⏰When will my tracking number be available?
Orders are processed, stocked, and packed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, the tracking number is generated and emailed to you automatically. During holidays and sale seasons, please allow a little extra time for processing.
🔍My tracking isn’t updating — what should I do?
It can take 24–72 hours for the carrier to scan your package and show movement after a label is created. If you don’t see tracking confirmation within 5 working days of payment, please reach out to our support team and we’ll be glad to help.
